Good news for Inventory of available homes for sale in the greater Vero Beach area Indian River County. Inventory declined by 7% this month, which is an encouraging sign. There is approximately an 18 month supply of homes for sale at this time. The number of total sales was up over the previous month, so we are slowly gaining ground from the 18 month supply now down from a 2 year supply high mark in 2008.
