Condo sales county-wide were down 10% from last month and down 2% over January 2010. On the mainland the prices still seem to be drifting up a little as the low end sales in Vista Royale/Gardens ranged from $21,000 for a 1 bedroom unit up to $50,000 for a 2 bedroom unit. There were 9 sales in Vista Royale/ VistaGardens. On the mainland the high end sale was only $128,000 at Pineapple Cay and a very good deal at the Inlet at Sebastian for $123,000. Inventory decreased to 721 units for sale from 726 the previous month.
